Oracle Price

At PairEx, trading takes place on a Peer-to-Pool model, where orders are filled based on on-chain oracle quotes. To ensure accurate pricing, we have deployed 2 oracle nodes and incorporated data from 7 top centralized exchanges (CEXs) listed on CoinMarketCap to obtain the spot index weighted average price.

When a price feed is required, our aggregator contract compares each feed price with the Chainlink Price Feed. Any spread exceeding 1.5% is not immediately discarded,. This approach ensures that our pricing is both reliable and reflective of the broader market.
